We collect account data needed to run The Hub: name, matric number, email, academic level information, and usage needed for vault, wallet, elections, and messaging.

Data is used for authentication, chapter features, and essential communications. It is not sold to third parties.

Admins and executives may see member data required for moderation. Alumni directory visibility of email is user-controlled.

Accounts inactive for extended periods after graduation may be archived. You may request deletion via the chapter contact email.

We use essential cookies only (session refresh). No advertising trackers in V1.
